why worry unnecessary about d PP n ESOS? if u want DNeX to quickly acquired PING n SilTerra, all this fund raising r very necessary! also, why acted unfriendly about d son's warrant WD converting to mother shares? this exercise will raised 50c for DNeX to speed up d acquisition! DNeX share price is so volatile! now u buy 1 unit warrant for conversion is worth much more than u buy 1 unit DNeX! it's a fact that u oredi made a profit whether u intend to sell now or u intend to convert b4 July for future gains!

idk, sorry i will not buy DNeX (mother shares) if d price cant stayed above RM1 for 2 weeks! mother shares is still very volatile b4 completion of Ping n SilTerra acquisition. obviously, there is a gained buying warrant-WD (son shares) now which carries a gud premium even at prices ranging from 35c to 50c.

idk, from what i see, some hidden hands don't want d mother to sustain above RM1 not until SilTerra deal is finalised n more warrants r converted to mother shares.

According to the Edge, DNeX and Beijing CGP planning to make Silterra 1bil cap company in near future, maybe in 1 year.

DNeX partnering CGP can achieved 1 billion for SilTerra in a year is fantastic!

As of now, Silterra is supplying chips for the makers of Google, Apple and Amazon products, among many others.
Despite being criticised back in the day for being unprofitable to the sovereign wealth fund which led to rumours of it being disposed, he said now the company has had an average revenue of RM600mil and profit of RM60mil, for three consecutive years. — Bernama

idk, imagined SilTerra will b runned by DNeX n CPG Beijing! with better business management, more capital for expansion, wider market exposure by CPG in China n current chips shortages, d revenue n profit should b very much higher.

@investor2021trading, yes correct, they need the money, and the lower they hold the son, the more people will convert, it is the logic. If not the son will fly too high everyone just buy/sell trading, there will be no money to come in.. No Incentive lah

yup! current high premium of son against mother is very attractive now! any price of 35c to 50c for warrant is a buy call when ones expect DNeX price to reach above RM1.00! idk, above RM1 much better!

crazy buying of d son as there is a high premium of 14c against d mother! what if DNeX price goes higher?

son's shares converting to mother's shares oredi started! that's a healthy n confident sign DNeX price will moved up!
