Yes DH.....I shud be doing more exercise.....during my monthly doctor visit, he always ask me whether I had exercise or not.....not need even to jog but just brisk walking will do according to him....

Aiyo DS....good advise....doctor had bugging me to jog everyday but always busy with work......anyway imlegend just as fren advise try to cut down the ciggies, don stop immediately....before the attack had almost 3 pack of ciggies per day......

Am in 50........had 3 stends for the above 90% block in 3 arteries.....had a scary moment at that time.....luckily gone to hospital instead of clinic......the thing is it is a bearable pain which sometimes we tend to take it easy and felt the pain will go away overnight, that is when a lot of people went to sleep and will never wake up the next morning........

In general DH, it still look strong and in control by the operators. What we do not want is the disharmony between them. But for Suma so far it is within their control.......

Well DH, from my past experience, each stocks has its own game plan. It depends on the client, the fund and the appointed operators. Some could be similiar i.e. the trending could be guess and expected. The short term, medium term and long term target can be set by them but it could change over time even within days. We could hear one thing today but something else next day. So it is difficult to say definitely what would be their target.

Aiyo YK......hahaha.....everything are happening everyday......every day and every week Suma can still up......on news....beats me.....everybody guests.......hahaha

The problem with some of us is when it start to drop between 1/2 cents to 2 cents, we start to be cursing and voice our dissatisfactions, that makes me think that this people are short term player. For a long term player, a small drop of price would be negligible as we look at the long term target which prices are much higher. I dont expect that the price will move up everyday but at least we could establish the support level for this stock which we could breath easily knowing if it drops it will not drops beyond.

Well DH like what SJ said positive thinking....whether up or down we believed at the end target will be gradually up.....

The so called operators......sometimes you need to churn up volumes to keep the interest there.....whether theres contra kaki, sharks or whatever you want to call it are quite irrelevant when you are in control........anyway just let it be.... just watch and see, I just cant say much more.......tungguuuuuu.......hahaha.....adios......

Aiyo DH somehow or rather.....I teka 35 this Friday because the price seems to be trending between 32.5 to the most 34.5 and when it getting to close to 35, it will let it down so that a gap will be created enough for it to be able to push it back up again towards 35 by this Friday. The most I think they would push 1 cent in a day and it is by their choice not because they could not push. This is just my 2 cent opinion.........

As I had said before I wont be surprise when it is down by 1 cent, it is also good to collect at lower price. I am still looking at TP of 35cents by Friday.
