The new shares were issued to the 3 shareholders of GAP.. In the exchange of the remaining 40pct share of GAP. . Today i just check with SSM. The transfer of ownership still not done yet. Maybe these few day.

I believe that we can see the return soon. Prefer the price movement to be slow and steady rather than roller coaster...

well ,if the profit generated is higher than previous year , the PE will be reduced and EPs will be improved

Now with 100PCT of GAP, the profit should be more. We expect 7 to 8 mil profit generated from GAP...

Mh87, i agree with you.... K1 's price still got huge space to move around. The company is well managed, no borrowing .... And with cash reserve of RM50 mil...
