I wish that K1 will up move slowly..... Rather than limit up and down like roller coaster. I will keep on collecting if the price drops further. I really dont mind to keep for 6 months to 1 year.... My target is rm 0.80 to 1.00. I will sell 50pct of my share sholding when it reach my target.

In My point of view, buying K1 below rm0. 50 is still ok but must be prepared to keep for 3 to 6 months. There will be more update and progressive in the nasal swab and ventilator soon. EMS & GAP are the main contributor sof income these few month. Dont forget USA - China trade war will benefit K1.

By next 1 month... It will be well known.. Ventilator...demo set will be ready by early Q3

As we all know that there are many companies are playing around with JV and MOU for the health care products without real business execution . They just want to cook up their share price without fundamental support . But K1 ... is in real business

we expect the coming QR should be very impressive and the financial year end 31 dec 2020 profit should be double or more if compare with financial year end 31 dec 2019 . Dont forget ....the Ventilator project and Nasal swab could be another money printing machines for the company .

if the K1's price still experience sinking titanic and delisted , then i really dont know what to say anymore .

whatever i stated above are based on the track record of the company ....

i believe from 1 jan 2020 to 30 june 2020 , G Asiapac can contribute min... Rm2.5 to 3.5mil of profit to the group . We expect the subscribers of cloud service should be increased during MCO and lockdown in Singapore .

Acquisition of G-AsiaPacific Sdn. Bhd.
On 7 March 2019, the Company acquired a 60% equity interest in the shares of G-AsiaPacific Sdn. Bhd. for 600,000
ordinary shares at a purchase consideration of RM20,400,000.
(i) Fair value of consideration transferred
The fair value of consideration, satisfied in cash, amounted to RM20,400,000.

the remaining equity interest in GAP which is exercisable for a period of 3 months after the expiry of the Call
Option Period."

Pursuant to the Call/Put Options Agreements, the vendors who sold 60% equity interest in G-AsiaPacific Sdn.
Bhd. (“GAP”) to the Company have granted a Call Option for the Company to acquire all the remaining equity
interest in GAP exercisable for a period of 3 months from the filing of the audited financial statements of GAP
for the adjusted financial year ending 31 December 2019 (Jan - Dec ‘19) with the Companies Commission of
Malaysia (“the Call Option Period”) and the Company has also granted a Put Option for the vendors to sell
the remaining equity interest in GAP which is exercisable for a period of 3 months after the expiry of the Call
Option Period.
The Call Option has no significant fair value as the Option price is assessed to be approximately the fair value
of the underlying shares or at a surrogate for such a value.
The fair value of the estimated settlement amount of the Put Option granted to non-controlling interest
when it is exercised is recognised as gross obligation under put option liability. This liability is subsequently
remeasured at fair value with changes recognised in profit or loss

they can combine the 100% profit Generated from G asiapac with the group .....
