normal ASP usd$35/1000=rm 0.147/glove
SPOT price usd$75/1000=rm 0.315/glove
0.315-0.147=0.168 extra since cost the same
0.168 x 16bil pieces =rm 2.6 bil,after tax=rm 2bil
for just 20% productions TG can make 2 bil ringgit

the price of SPOT can go very high,US is urgent need of it,they dont mind to pay another dime for the glove or wait another 500days! A dime is nothing compare to the very high medical bill in US

the volumes of gloves TG selling at SPOT price(16bil pieces) is more than the annual production of comfort(5.4bil),60% of Kossan total annual production of 28bil pieces. just imagine how much $ TG can make

@mlike,the price is supported by their earning not good issues,we all knew last q pat is around 350mil,they r raising the ASP 10%(very conservative) every month not including the SPOT price that even higher,the advantages of TG is they have 20% (16bil pieces) to sell at SPOT price,no other company has the quantity to sell at SPOT.That why i said pe of 25 is logical because now is covid time,demand highly more than supply,post covid the earning will drop then the pe will go to normalize like before which is around 40-45.
