I think this time karim will dispose more than 6 mil shares which he bought at 1.82(hopes im wrong),he needs to get some cash to top up serba disposed by awang,awang disposed more than 200mil shares from late may still 70mil shares on hand,karim keep on buying from open market n DBT.Most of his purchased r higher than yesterday's closing price.I dont think he is intends to close the % interest gap between Kpower,he is selling "in" closed period means he needs the money urgent,otherwise he could sell at 4.98(claims by someone haha) pre Q3 only 3 weeks away,why not wait 3 weeks to close the interest gap?

zzprozaz,Kpower past 1 year revenue is around 100mil,receivable already 45mil,45%,this is not sound good to me,im still holding small position,will top up around 3.2+ if got chance .Serba also facing the same problem,receivable up almost 300mil in a year,that's why share price still under performing .

Kpower cash in hand is around rm89mil,more than enough to pay for Chemtrax,the only things worrying me r their receivables up almost 34mil compare to previous year and still owe 15mil to director .PAT for last 4q around 10mil but recievables more than 43mil,thats why they must pp to raise cash,hopes coming Q's PAT above 12mil to reduce the burden
