KNM has paid up shares of 2.3 billions shares.

ARMADA has paid up shares of 5.877 billions

SAPNRG has paid up shares of 160 billions


# If you are concern about historical price if not mistaken KNM historical high was RM 37.50.( pls cover me if im wrong).

#in terms of debt KNM have 1.5 billion & both SAPURA & ARMADA HAVE MORE THAN 10 billion.if you dont pay yr debts very easy will fall into PN17.i hope it will not happen as i have shares in this 3 companies. But i bet more on KNM because KNM have the best engineering in the world. German technology BORSIG.

# KNM have learn from their past mistake.Thats why we can see it venture Into Impress Ethonal , WTE not only in UK but also in GERMAN , SWITZERLAND, & VIENNA.Almost every country in the world have headache on their waste.I believe they will fully support KNM with this WTE projects .they wont have doubt on KNM a Malaysia company because KNM have German engineering.

# KNM cash reserved RM 415 milion ( sorry not up to date) .If recession happen KNM can serve their debt , continue their projects & bid for new jobs.

@beinvested.KNM volume have been in top volume for many weeks .local investors have so much money to buy everyday ? Last week or last 2 weeks i forgot there was a day in the morning the volume was so thin but in the afternoon KNM suddenly appeared in top volume.who been collected all those shares ? When it reached 0.425 been pressed down i also havent figured out why.Is just like the big investor desperated to accumilate & dont want it to go up.last 2 days big buying after 3 pm remained mystery.

#greenland.if i want to takeover a listed company i will press down the share price & buy as low as i can.no rush.furthermore knm have 2.3 billion shares. stay low profile.make sure public will not notice my intention.if i aggresive buy share price will spike high i need to spend more money to take over.im old man already.mentality not that agreesive like young men. different businessman different strategy.

yesterday looks like knm share become victim of shorties.if not it would have break 0.425.KNM share price need to surged to avoid takeover because the price now too cheap.
