The Board of Directors’ of XOX wishes to announce that XOX Com Sdn Bhd (“XOX Com”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 9 June 2014, entered into a Consent Judgment with Telebiz Sdn Bhd (“the Plaintiff”), details of which are as follows :-

a) XOX Com is required to pay the Plaintiff a total sum of RM270,000 as full and final settlement in the following manner :- 

total of RM70,000 payable to the Plaintiff on or before 16 June 2014;

remaining balance of RM200,000 payable to the Plaintiff over five (5) equal monthly instalment on or before 15th days of each month
