when a company raise cash level especially recently like what MBSB did i believe sth is cooking 1.47 bil for right issue isn't small amount now another few billion sukuk issue. If im the director of the company i'll not issue that much sukuk until i've confirm there is customer waiting to borrow the $$$ from the bank.

If you buy at 2.80 and the stock goes above 2.85 than is worth to buy ..... calculated based on 1 lot

Hi KC can you analyze for me MBSB counter? i've bought this share at 2.92 is it a good buy or should i dump it becoz the price is dropping due to right issue.

The chinese text in summary said MBSB is a good buy ...... my wife translate .... given the potential of merging with RHB ... strong takeholder (EPF) and if everything goes well transformation to bank successful the rewards is huge. Summary of the text.

If calculate the rate EPS will drop about half but still ROE more than 15% isn't it? compare to current ROE 30%+++ so which counter that able to continuosly give you more than 15% ROE and yet traded below 10 P/E think of it. MBSB need more capital to become a recognize bank i did hope i day they can compete among local bank that was the time ripe for profit taking.

MBSB is a very good counter where can you find any counter that given you consistently more than 30% ROE for last 3 year's yet sell at PE below 10 think of it ?

To enter at current price RM2.00 is no-no i'll rather wait to get the stock around RM1.75 but overall is a good counter with excellence ROE.

I don't know but my personal statistic show the less trade i made within a month the more $$$ i gain maybe is more to concentration .....

sense maker i think not many investor able to made $$$ during crisis 2008~2009 period the only thing the able to do is loaded their cash to blue chip and sell later when the economic rebound. To consistenlty earning 10% every year is real difficult especially during tough time just my opnion coz im still novice in investing.

Janice if you're holding the stock below 0.35 guess you're pretty safe like i said before this company have CASH equivalent almost 0.35/share i've discount the land and building, but this company does have some potential where part of the land owned is near Senai Airport and if i'm not wrong also they've some land near Iskandar Johor if those reserve land been develop the price will definitely sky rocket.

The only downside of this counter is MANAGEMENT where if you look carefully the earning have been inconsistent.

If we add up the 96 million profit (that will fully paid in 4 year's) + cash in hand 9 million divide the outstanding share this company worth at least 0.35 cent per share after discount all asset and liabilities so basically we're paying for nothing if we enter now ;)

I've buy this stock at 1.22 and sell it within 2 weeks for 1.76 =P

For those who said APM isn't regional player you're deem fool to yourself ..... we've learn the mistake during 2008 crisis and of course some division on APM still highly rely on OEM market but not all they've starting to divert their customer to Export market and last of all the great pipeline is about to come instead of supplying parts they've a vision to supply the whole system that can further enhance the company earnings but it will take few years for RnD Department to do so.

But US bonds is also not a safe haven anyway where their big banker is from ASIAN, I guess asian countries may opt to dilute their foreign reserve if the economy worsen at their own back yard. So end of the day YEAH there is no winner =P back to square one hahaha .... guessing only ....

if you guys do some home work the 200 days moving average for KLCI is around 1700 points unless there is a recession WORLD WIDE or else stock will bound back around that level until the FED announced the tapering process i don't think so the market will drop further if US confirm the tapering, it should be September not now ...... the current situation at KLCI and SE Asia is what we call PANIC SELLING so as an investor you should know how to dealt with the situation. Is time to be GREEDY.
