@mhelmi80, the dividend is 12.5% of the par value(20sen). so the dividend is 2.5sen per share

with current market conditions, i doubt it will be that rosy
based on the example given by GoldBug, i doubt the share price will be 17sen post the rights issue. What will most likely happen is that the share price will be trading less than 17sen, pricing in the value of the warrants. this is just like TMCLIFE, you can look at TMCLIFE share price pre and post issuance of the warrants
