Our understanding in the situation of the company is very limited (unless you disagree with me.) Base on your comments by using its financial statements alone I think you are trying to override the management of the company and the team that draft the regularisation plan.

Hoho Due to Pandemic, PN17 status companies is given additional 1 year Grace period. Normally is One Year , extended Maximum to 2 years , ( Normally) .
