Also, i observed that the examples of Homeritz and Magni given above, the CFFO is very different from the ones i obtained from the annula report.... May i know how do u derive the CFFO? can i take the real CFFO from the annual report to calculate CY? pls advice. thanks

The average FCF for the last three years is 21.5m, with the last year FCF at 27.9m. We take the average of last three years' FCF.

At RM1.21 closed last week, and no. of shares 200m, CY = 21.5/200=8.9%. This CY is twice you can get from bank FD. Moreover, it has clean balance sheet with a lot of cash in the balance sheet and with zero debt. It also has high cash return on invested capital CROIC of 50% lat year. Looks like a NBI to me.

This is because the retailers often over react to negative news eg uptrending of crude oil, weakening of USD vs MYR. LiiHen had been setting a good track of financial records for the past 4 years and currently be trading at about RM 6.90 ( taking the price if before ex bonus 1:2 and share split 1:2 in Oct 2015) which had risen from the initial price of about RM 3 in 2013/14.

I had tried though but certain numbers seems difficult to obtain/ dunno how to get it.

After results 1.30 minimum, heard 3Q super explosive, so much higher than last Q, this will be good for holders as we will get higher dividend too.

Hope this Hong Leong give new tp of over 1.50 after the next results kekekeke

Care to explain why is there a sharp increase in price and volume from Jan to March then went down all the way to 52sen in August before rebounding now? Despite it reporting a very good profit + positive cash flows, why it isnt be accounted for? Also, will HIL benefit from the depreciation of MYR vs USD? The properties segment, will the current effort of govt to limit purchasing power will benefitr HIL in long term ? pls explain.

Hi i have a lot of question regarding this stock IMASPRO who indulge in pesticides / herbicides. According to my friend who works in MARDI, their products to produce the Insecticides etc are mostly imported from China and Indonesia and rely on local market plantations eg IOI corp / govt sectors for their contracts to buy the processed products. Now knowing that Plantations are a bit stagnant, and IMASPRO derived most of its revenue locally, how will this stock continue to grow?
The effects of USD vs MYR is minimal in this company as evident in the last financial report.

Kindly enlighten me if I am wrong.
