Following the above, the share registrar of Perak Transit will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders of Perak Transit not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, instead of within 8 market days from the entitlement date. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Shares will not be entitled to the Warrants issued pursuant to the Free Warrants Issue as the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue of Shares and Free Warrants Issue is the same day.
