Contents of RM50.3 billion :

THE government is investing RM21.6 billion via public-private partnerships in the National Fiberisation and Connectivity Plan (NFCP) for the next five years beginning 2019 until 2023.

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng (picture) said the NFCP will widen the coverage of high-quality and high-speed broadband Internet nationally, while also ensuring the services are affordable

Lim also said the government is executing a plan to provide RM20.7 billion worth of cash and non-cash incentives over the next five years to assist companies to transition to IR4.0.

“After all, either you digitalise, or you will not survive. This is the reality that we have to face.

“If we look at the total amount announced in Budget 2020, both fiscal hardware and the software, it amounts to RM50.3 billion over five years,” he said.

I hv a chance to visit a smart factory Industry 4.0 implementation.. start from r&d design .. auto generate BOM.. digital transfer detail matrix to cad/cam machines.. even major materials such as chipboard to be auto retrieve via colour .. thickness.. sizes parameters piece by piece per order.

Wongws Wah , yesterday i dream of my God saying why you all argue on contract order , so simple to testify .I am thinking , thinking , thinking , because i am not clever like green head boy , thanks to stncws whom is not green head boy always add oil at back to call last call. Thats last call trigger me thinking netx current last project order ....its new website, let us do a review on this project :

Awarded project : Netx website
Project coordinator : Calvin

Events details :

1) i noticed website was down since Oct, Calvin said on early Nov that website will be up in 2 weeks. Website is up in 6 weeks, delay by a month.

2) People call to netx office looking for investor relation officer , her reply is no one incharge of website and will be up in a few weeks.Calvin is post comment on next day website is up.

3) People complain new website quality :
A) Product & Services = About US , old website is PayAllz.
B) Announcement only have 2019 , although filter have 2009 to 2019.

Findings summary :

1) new website project is officially delay by a month, LAD will be imposed.

2) This project is badly managed as no incharged person and project progress status is not known by ir officer.

3) project got major quality complaint and uncomplete furnished information .

Questions :

1) IT consultant ( upstream and downstream) working on its own company website is delayed by a month with major quality problem , badly managed on progress status. Is this reflect on TM contract order , and Indonesia contract order which it claim is a loss project , the only 2 project order in 9 years ?

2) Calvin said have highly skill employee ?

3) Calvin said will have official launch announce, people ask where can see the official announcement or is not completed yet ?

Conclusion :

Cheng Co Plt is resigned due to Regulatory Authority prohibiting to audit public listed company for a year .. fishy feel...
