PUC Founder (MSC)’s subsidiary MaxGreen Energy SB has entered into a renewable energy power purchase agreement with Tenaga Nasional (TNB) for a Feed-in Tariff (FiT) concession period of 21 years for electricity generated from its 1MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) plant. 不久前蘋果公司也開始進軍太陽能，馬來西亞上市公司有那幾家公司是和太陽能有關？聽說政府會在第十一大馬計劃撥款150億令吉供未來5年發展綠色工業，貴報是否可以分析幾家有潛能的太陽能公司，好讓我們讀者在股價還沒上漲時可以先買進。



答：在馬股上市公司中，涉足太陽能（綠色工業其中領域）有關公司，為數不會太多。這裡稍為選擇性介紹其中2間公司，包括（1）方正（PUC，0007，創業板科技組）、及（2）德成集團（TEKSENG，7200，主板消費組）。同時，略為加上它們的背景資料等以供參考。



方正設太陽能發電廠

（1）先探方正的有關資料；其實，方正的主要核心業務，包括電子支付方案及業務、媒體廣告、以及將打算在未來兩季里脫售的生物識別技術業務，因後者的貢獻逐步減少。目前公司大約90%營業額來自媒體廣告業務。

方正首次進軍太陽能業務，是在雙溪大年設立太陽能發電廠，產能為1兆瓦，預料在今年尾竣工，預期每年可取得逾100萬令吉經常收入，為期21年。這項計劃的投資成本為約800萬令吉。

方正董事經理在最近的股東大會後這麼講，該公司未來將瞄準興建產能達50兆瓦的發電廠。較早時，該公司曾表示，融資方式可能包括銀行貸款、發售附加股、私下配售新股、或是策略性投資等等。

不過，投資者須注意一點，就是上述50兆瓦計劃暫時沒有太多詳情，包括尚未向大馬永續能源發展機構（SEDA）申請，實有必要追蹤及關注進一步發展。

方正最新業績方面，截至2015年3月31日為止，該公司首季淨利為117萬1千令吉（每股淨利為0.11仙），比較前期淨利為363萬3千令吉（每股淨利為0.43仙）。而首季營業額為869萬9千令吉、前期為1千658萬1千令吉。每股資產值為11.91仙。

自2006年（12月31日為止財政年）至2014年財政年的9年裡，該公司每年皆有利可圖，每股淨利介於0.11仙至1.66仙之間。最近的2014年的每股淨利為0.99仙。



德成太陽能電池製造業務受看好

（2）根據資料顯示，德成集團原有的核心業務為塑料業務，進軍不久的太陽能業務，在2014年首9個月仍蒙受約50萬令吉淨虧損。不過，當時，肯納格研究看好這項新業務，預料在2015年財政年將是公司業務的成長動力。

該公司主要專注在太陽能電池製造領域。德成集團擁有1座年產達70兆瓦（MW）的太陽能電池生產線。當時，分析員預測其太陽能業務，在2015年財政年將可取得500萬令吉的淨利。這尚要進一步跟進及追蹤确定。

目前太陽能工業的市場主流為矽晶太陽能電池，約占近九成市場份額。

大馬股票交易所資料顯示，過去10年來，德成集團在經營塑料領域時的表現，可說是中規中矩，雖然每年都有錢賺，不過，市場人士認為賺利仍不多，即每股淨利介於1.55仙至5.17仙之間。

其最新業績表現及財務狀況：截至2015年3月31日為止首季，該公司的淨利為212萬8千令吉（每股淨利為0.89仙）、前期淨利為97萬8千令吉（每股淨利為0.41仙）。營業額為5千895萬7千令吉，前期為5千190萬3千令吉。

財務狀況方面，截至2015年3月31日為止，該公司的總資產為3億7千131萬6千令吉，包括現金及等值現金為556萬5千令吉。

總負債為1億1千350萬令吉，包括非流動借貸為1千468萬7千令吉，以及流動借貸則為5千931萬1千令吉。該公司每股資產值為52仙。

在談到該公司未來業務前景時，該公司僅表示，旗下的德成太陽能科技有限公司，料將對公司的營業額做出顯著貢獻。
