Speaking at a press conference after visiting a vaccination centre in Penang on Thursday (Jun 3), Mr Khairy said states and private hospitals in Malaysia can source their own vaccines as long as these vaccines have been approved by the World Health Organization (WHO).

“If the state governments want to purchase their own vaccines and bring these other vaccines in, they can go ahead. We can even facilitate discussions with the pharmaceutical companies," said Mr Khairy.

The state governments or private hospitals need only register these purchases with the Health Ministry's National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), he added.

I remember a professor or someone first talk on a tv news that Sinopharm will be brought in by Kanger ( sometimes almost 8 months ago ? ) and lately so many in news , even politician pushing for its approval after WHO approve it . But nothing happened. Probably connection not strong. I guess to obtain approval beside the intended importer , the origin manufacturer must also need to provide approval and some agency /distributor authority ???

In bursa, bad QR result will not reflex in share price but the prospect ahead will

Current price do not reflex from MOUs signed. There is no limit up from any of those MOUs. And most MOUs are vaccine related. There is RI coming thru. Want to invest this counter , hoping on vaccine is high risk. Vaccine is only a bonus if it come truth , and it might not be a money making biz.
