3.2.2 AN’s Obligations
(a) Sourcing and procurement of Production Plant;
(b) Preparation and completion of utility and infrastructure for the Production Plant,

Supply the utility, workers, machines, tools and equipment for installation and
commissioning work for the machine line setup in US; but the supervisory and
guidance for the installation of the production lines themselves is GSB’s
responsibility.
(c) Item 3.2.2 (a) and (b) above are to suit and in compliance with the drawings and
specifications prescribed by GSB and agreed to by or on behalf of AN;
(d) Sourcing and procurement of raw material supply for the production of gloves; with
the support from GSB if required. GSB will use its best efforts to help source and
procure raw material supply for the production of gloves;
(e) All costs and expenses are to be borne by AN in relation to the setting up of the
production line including machines and equipment as well as all consumables and
raw materials for the production of gloves;
(f) Support the machineries and equipment’s installation and integration works at the
Production Plant with the onsite guidance by GSB’s team;
(g) Unless based on warranty claims, pay for the Solutions and maintenance costs,
both for parts and labour, in servicing and maintaining the Production Plant and
the production lines;
(h) Resolve any and all issues related to the United State’s Environmental compliance
and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) for the Production
Plant, machines lines equipment and chemical / material used for the glove
manufacturing process. GSB will assist to resolve with the best effort.
(i) To bear and pay for (by way of reimbursement to GSB as applicable):
i) All machineries and equipment’s shipment and freight charges and
insurances premium from Malaysian port to the Production Plant:
ii) GSB’s personnels’ reasonable accommodation, transportation, food and
beverages, travelling permit/visa/pass/authorization’s expenses and any
other incidental costs arising therefrom for the purposes of 3.2 (h). (i), (ji )
above or if site visit is required for the purpose of 3.2 (k) above, and
iii) The reasonable administrative and management costs in maintaining a
management office for the purpose of 3.2.1 (k) above, if so required and
agreed to by AN.
