No matter how excellent your distribution plan but if you don't have firm and sufficient supply of vaccine, you are at greater risk. More than 80% of world vaccine are control and taken up by the Europe, UK & US. What can you say, they are the manufacturer. They will protect their own people first.

Out of these only Univ of oxford /AstraZenca vaccine has remained on hold in USA only due minor side effects. But the trials are still resume in UK, Brazil and South Africa.

Even after a vaccines are approved, the potential major issues are production and distribution and of course at what cost .

Other well know company vaccine are much cheaper.
