It is undervalued so to speak. The market is fully aware of it .It is believed to be corrected soon upon accumulation and or consolidation.

It is believed that ESOS would be exercised ASAP to capitalise on the current " undervalued price " after which the share price is expected to spike.....

The Current share capital is 640m + 185m( captialisation of RM 11.3m at 0.61 ) = 825m+ ( 825x15% ) 124m = 949m shares after the exercise of capitalisation and ESOS. As seen, it has been carefully devised to ensure that the total share price is 1b shares

It is clear from the above exercise of capitalisation that the current share price of SCIB is undervalued. A buy call is expected

It is learnt that the LTIP can be exercised any point in time at an " unknown " price

Basically, the proposed establishment and implementation of a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) covering up to 15% of the total number of issued shares can be taken as a rhetoric for ESOS.

No big deal. No cause of concern
Its previous announcement of the said contract under MOU did not anyway help the company to spike and/ or restore the share price at all.
For the same reason, no significant impact is expected following the termination in the best interest of the company, Who knows the company would end up losses by undertaking the said project ?

30c in your fantasy. Foreigners are liquidating blue chips shares, causing temporary havoc to the market. Most shares are in oversold position. They are bound to be rebound. It is good to have bargain hunting now ...

If there is no substance in the company, it will be reflected in the most recent audited reports. I have perused their most recent audited report 2023 . It is clean audit opinion and their future prospects are very impressive. The recent QR speaks for itself. It is not easy to turn from loss making into profitability within a short spell of time under the helm of the new management . It is believed that the company is heading from strength to strength with leap and bound from now.............

In order for the PP investors to take up,the PP issue price must be below the stagnant price of 18c. It is not surprising for it to be dropped to 15c if not lower.
We don't know how much discount has been made to the issued PP price .it is believed that discount of at least 30% is factored. Given that discount, the PP issued price is believed to be 13c if not lower.

It is believed that PP is allocated to the "designated parties" as they are fully aware that the general investors including existing investors are not keen .Thats why they dare not go for RI as RI must be offered to the existing shareholders. As said, majority of the existing shareholders are not keen to subscribe , resulting in eventual failure and loss of confidence to the management . In the end , PP is the only option to them. External borrowing is out of the question now given their pathetic current situation.

It remains to be seen whether they will win big tender or not. At least , they are moving into the right direction now to increase their capacity with the view to boost profitability in the future. As long as the benefit overweighs the cost , it is still feasible and viable and profitable eventually

Since Day 1 , Jaks never intended to reward their investors with dividends though they have built up tons of reserves out of their accumulated earnings over the years ( it is sceptical if those reserves are genuinely established or not ). There could be tons of reserves but cashflows is negatives , which makes it impossible to pay " cash dividend ".
Their lame excuse for non-payment of dividend is constantly in need of working capital for further investments ever. They even proposed to pay dividend in specie which does not involve the physical cash payment of dividend. Given all these signs, it is believed that they never intend to pay dividend to investors as rewards needless to mention the capital gain through appreciation of share price . Their current share price is pathetic as a result of which many are suffering from capital losses

Yer, thats the way it should be. No point to tie up your capital with the company of no future by clinging your investment with them . You are more than capable of recouping your loss eventually from other counters of bright futures.

The company has successfully been transformed from a loss making to profitability under the stewardship of the new management ,which is encouraging and forward looking. There is no reason to believe it wont spike in due course. Apparently, the company is said to be undervalued

The pathetic current share price is truly reflected from their current position now given the dark clouds casting over the company where its future prospects are said to be uncertain. The Company was once regarded as the jewel of the crown has lost its shine and is destined to be doomed .............................

Now the interesting question who the " designated parties " is . It is believed that it is from their own associated companies overseas .

JAKS proposed to raise PP of RM 53M or so.. As said, no one including the existing shareholders is keen to take up the PP and or RI anymore for the obvious reason. JAKS only knows to suxk the money from investors but never reward the investors with capital gain through appreciation of share price and Dividend. On the other hand , no one is keen to lend money to JAKs given their pathetic dubious dealings overseas in the past. Very pathetic
