ks55, i think it is very depending on individual spending power and the style of the items individual is looking. sometimes u will find something nice and cheaper yet quality in parkson/isetan compared to other outlet such as Uniqlo... and vice versa. not necessary young will go Uniqlo... to me Uniqlo stlye is even older & not much choice... not to offend just my personal opinion. those store like isetan, parkson or even aeon they have variety of brands/choices from personal fashion up to household items...

I'm in early 30 and even now on & off i still shop @ Parkson... so far only shop once @ Uniqlo... and I go AEON only for household shopping...

I guess price is the factor and in fact Parkson or Isetan or AEON they have more choices in single store...
