Karex is a growth stock, therefore they're not known to have any dividend policy, only by company's discretion they distribute dividend. If you're eyeing for dividend in this counter, you know you're in the wrong place...

What I see in AR 14 is WCT Capital still holding up huge portion of WC shares, up to 27%. I think it's likely possible they will try to push the Warrants price upwards

I dont think Padini is experienced enough to venture into F&B business, see only 2 cafes to manage but still incur loss.

Copied from AR 2014: We are still operating two cafes, one at the Mid Valley Megamall and the other at our office in Shah Alam. Our singlebrand
stores in Mid Valley are scheduled for closing after we have opened the larger format Padini Concept Store there,
and with that we will cease operations of the café in Mid Valley for good. The café at our Shah Alam head office will
however continue with its operations, primarily as a service for our staff and also for company functions. For the 2014
financial year, café operations had incurred a loss of RM535,000.

And Padini is trying their best to suit consumers need, like the bundle sales, it can be as cheap as RM 9 (Round neck shirt), with PADINI Brand, not cap ayam. I believe even if you buy from pasar malam, it's around that price too, or perhaps more expensive sometimes. I'm just saying what you pay is what you get.

In the short term the business might not look good, due to operations cost and increasing price-sensitive population, but I believe the business is still sustainable in the longer term. The fundamentals remain intact.

That's precisely how this stock works. And it's rather disappointing with all the good fundamentals it hasn't moved but when the market is trending down it will follow the dip.

1.89 is by far the lowest, and the upside is very limited at this price
