Jeffreyteck, BJLand net debt is a mere 1.6 billion excluding BJToto's net debt. If the board is confident of collecting payment from Great Mall, Jeju Island, and Sungai Besi, this 1.6 billion net debt is negligible... What's more, if BJLand can afford to invest over a hundred million in Iceland after disposing Vietnam's hotel, it would be a shame to suggest not even a 0.01 dividend (which is less than RM 50 million in total, less than half of BJToto's dividend to BJLand with over RM 40 million will be collected by VT or his companies, meaning minorities are receiving less than RM 15 million) can be declared!

SDF2000, BJLand and BJCorp, if there's any dividend to be declared, shall be made before the annual report is released! Since the past few years, they don't have the track record of declaring dividend after 1st quarterly report is released.

well, BJLand receives 40% of BJToto's dividend, BUT it has NOT shared a single cent with US minorities!

I'm not VT, but if he's genuine on privatizing bjland, it's easier to simply buying up all penta's stake. I was initially hoping that it's because VT intends to offer a higher price by only buying a ccertain percentage. My assumption is based on bursa/SC will provide a minimum level of protection to minorities. Apparently, I'm most likely wrong, which is why I have been cursing (or barking?) here, knowing that my anger as a minority will not be entertained by bursa/SC...

Based on what's known with penta latest deal, VT has no intention to privatize bjland at all...

The latest BJLand annual report, though, show NO such position!

WHAT IS THIS TELLING US? Penta has been disposing BJLand shares ALL the while after the conversion of partial BJLand shares into BJCorp. WHY DIDN'T Penta dispose ALL then? Or, why DIDN'T Penta dispose all BJLand in the market?

Clearly, BJCorp has ASISTED Penta to dispose BJLand at PREMIUM, part of those through BJCorp and part of those through BJLand. Meanwhile, BURSA and SC have kept SILENCE, keeping an eye close to allow the deal to damage MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS! Clearly, to BURSA and SC, minorities are NOT treated EQUAL!!!!

Hope my finding is inaccurate, otherwise, this is market aimed at taking advantage of MINORITIES!

simon2020, you got it wrong altogether! The 4.92% and 3.32% refers to Penta's total holding BEFORE the latest exchange into BJCorp shares. After which, Penta's total holding is less than 5% and NO LONGER required to announce any addition or disposal of BJLand shares. If Penta's holding is currently more than what's left after disposal to BJCorp, then Penta has been buying again. If less, than Penta has been disposing what's left. Given price drop on volume, the chances Penta has been disposing BJLand shares in the market is rather high. Question then, WHY Penta didn't sell all to BJCorp then?

Well, during the no news Vietnam asset disposal, I emailed bjland. I received a call from bjland trying to clarify the why 'no news'. While not satisfied, at least still 'comfortable' then with their effort to engage. Now, with VT talk cock and made so many false promises, really difficult to have any trust.

Aseng, I beg to differ. Offer to take private can be high and can be low, BUT it must INCLUDE everyone, NOT just his buddy and/or he himself! What's more, BURSA/SC should have stopped the last transaction requiring a similar offer must be extended to other minorities. Instead, it is NOT, which worry me more, as if BURSA/SC only talk cock!

1. When asked about dividend FY2019, I was told PERSONALLY by VT himself a YES. Well, I have yet to receive ANY.

2. During his press conference, he also mentioned Kyoto Four Season will be sold SOON. Well, I have yet to heard anything about it.

3. Penta has disposed BJLand shares to BJCorp twice, with the first has VT participating. The first valued BJLand at 0.60 (or slightly more?) and the second valued BJLand at 0.38. Both includes a share swap into BJCorp's. Well, I have yet to see an equivalent deal be offered to minorities. Both deals shrink shareholding spread squeezing ONLY minorities. I am not suggesting I will sell mine to BJCorp, but AT LEAST what's offered to him and Penta should be offered to other minorities as well.

4. So many others, best let others knowing VT better one to comment.


Probably, VT should walk the talk first, announce a DIVIDEND, say 0.01 per share for both BJCorp and BJLand. Before that, best don't touch, he has shown ZERO care for his minorities!
