kenanga give TP 0.82. So, this is the closest. but always discount their TP by 20%, Or lets take 30% book value. = RM0.6
Remember I say PE is no longer relevant and we need to use NTA. and NTA of 30% like UMW will be RM0.60. NTA 40% will be RM0.80. that is how kenanga derive its Target price.

by the way, careful of holding this if it continue detoriate. see what happen to MAS. if I take Q1 and Q2 result and assume Q3 and Q4 is having the same profit, the PE would be a whooping 63 at RM1.20. PE 63 !
So PE can no longer gauge this company, otherwise it will worth RM0.50 (possible?)
So lets take NTA. NTA = 2.18. Assuming 50% discount (remember UMWOG is 70% discounted) = RM1.09. Fair value? Maybe. when I say it might worth 0.80-1.00, ppl say I talk cock, haha...but maybe I am still talking cock.
