My prediction went wrong. I expect to go to 1630 this week before going to 1500...
Manatau overshoot 1630 pulak, settle at 1639... If US rally, then we expect to see higher KLSE kua...really too unpredictable...

our current KLSE 1600 does not reflect the current RM level and oil price. We are oil country...our government is getting <40 bil from PETRONAS this year...yearly we are suppose to get 80 bil, base on
USD100 per barrel oil price.

Going down to USD20/barrel is not so logical. Most country oil producing cost is about USD20/barrel...US is a bit more expensive...it might fall to USD20 but that is the way bottom d...This oil glut problem is not going anywhere soon.

Not to mention china massive slow down...export down 14%, analyst estimate down 8%...that is almost double.

But why market up? They believe china will introduce stimulus...quantitative easing...so, its bad news that they treat it as good news...

That is why I start accumulating put warrant HW today. I don't know where market will go in the next few days but I think we are seeing 1500 by this year.

Just my guess. C12 is also a bet if KLSE stays above 1600 but I wont bet it mid term. A few days/weeks maybe but not more than that

Cut loss on put warrant HX, loss 11k in 1 week.

So far so good. I don't think I will all in call warrant..I am still having bearish view on global market generally..

Danny KC, don't look at warrant technical chart, rather look at KLCI/FKLI.

I think our institution is trying hard to keep KLSE above 1600. Last min they push up till 1614. Lets see how US perform today.

If US good, tomorrow morning we might see KLSE try to reach 1630.

If US bad tonight, tomorrow KLSE under pressure to keep above 1600 again.

On longer term perspective, this is just a technical rebound. I don't think it will breach 1630. Then most likely to start failing back below 1600, and subsequently 1500.

This is just my opinion. I bought C12 at 0.17, meaning I am speculating it will try to hit 1630 tomorrow. Then, I will be buying put warrant again, cos I am also speculating it will drop below 1600 again in the next few weeks.
