KPMG is a good audit firm with good governance, not shoplot firm

1. Always do what is right no matter how difficult

2. Never retaliate against office gangster remarks

3. Always behave with high professionalism despite being called names

4. Never retaliate against shoplot auditor remarks

SC is CORRUPTED? I dont know. BUTT I see some corrupted companies keep issuing PP,RI,ESOS like no tomorrow, and SC dont bother to investigate even though billions of right issue $$$$ has been misused. So what is your view about SC?

Are their resignation is accepted by SC?

just wondering, can anyone clarify that with KPMG purported resignation, the new auditor will need to redo a full audit as I am sure they may not want to sign off the whole account by only auditing parts of the issues in the account only?

I do think Serba done their part regarding this incidents.

They give answers to KPMG's findings and yet to get any response.

Now, their market has been affected due to KPMG. That is why they think they need to do this law suit.

Extra opinion, Serba kuat must get immediate 2nr opinions from EY or any other big and reliable auditor

Hong Leong Investment Bank Bhd analyst Low Jin Wu upgraded Serba Dinamik’s stock to ‘Hold’ from ‘Sell’, with an unchanged target price (TP) of 78 sen on the above action taken by Serba Dinamik’s management.

Low wrote that the independent audit would take at least three months to complete and “we believe investors would not be ready to jump the gun completely just yet”.

We will see the different next week.

All the efforts by Serba may show some results

Serba definitely should have their second opinion.

Thus EY is the best option for them
