today price pulled back a bit along with the weak market.. but i reckon all is still good, esp now just a matter of days or weeks for SJEE completion to materialise. maybe if pull back more, can buy more hehe. plus construction sector shld do well in 2025... so, both businesses will flourish this year...

59.5 sen today.. boohoohoo. keeps sliding in recent weeks. this stock is favoured by UOB analyst.. target price is 88 sen. but no where near that for now. maybe fund managers will buy when they are back at work next week.

hmm, now the timeline to submit reg plan is extended to June 2025.. looks like it's gonna be a long while b4 there's any action ..

powerful shareholder.. but share price is pretty much dead. what gives.. not time yet?

today 15 sen.... was 10 sen a month ago. what will it be in 1Q? 20 sen? 25 sen?

construction sector shld do well in 2025.. by extension, HSS shld benefit esp since they sit at the top of the value chain (consultancy services) .. likely benefit from Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone too??

holy cow! the proposed acquisition of MDT INNOVATIONS SDN BHD fell through. Parties involved "were unable to reach a mutual agreement"... jialat. As far as I know, the whole story abt Systech is abt the MDT acquisition.. Systech on its own.. umm, hardly has any compelling biz to shout about. Now, Liew is also a major shareholder of Systech.. what will happen then? sell down his stake? keep? need to take popcorn dy..

speaking of bonus warrants, my take is that it will only happen in june 2025 or thereafter. ie... one year after listing. fr observation, bursa usually dont fancy companies doing bonus issue of shares/warrants too soon post listing. farm price maybe too kan cheong dy...
but overall, do agree that company is fundamentally sound. so have to let results speak for itself. or maybe can do more acquisition.. jv .. to spice things up a bit. last time they announced going to sabah, price shot up to 60 sen albeit briefly. too bad couldnt sustain. then again, this counter is more suitable for long term investors rather than short term traders. at least for now.

the acquisition of SJEE is taking such a longgggg time. expected it to conclude much earlier but till now, still pending. wait till neck long super long dy. looking forward to completion soon (pls!) and then all the dc contract announcements..

wondering what's happening behind the scene.. Bursa already approved the regularisation plan on 19 Aug. it's been 4 mths and still havent seen much progress since. cepat-cepatlah. i want to participate in the rights issue..

hmm, after all the hooha died down, share price is now back to where it was.. pre-entry of kuok group. indeed, founders have been buying back shares from open market. perhaps they see it undervalued.

it's really quiet here.. why no interest in the stock? if you look back in 2024, the share price has done wonderfully well. it's up 66% year to date! no play play... results remain strong backed by good fundamentals. outlook is bright with robust demand. or perhaps ppl are more interested in goreng stocks instead of good stock like this? hmmm...

wah, today suddenly up 3.5 sen.. didnt see any material new development. only a small news few days ago saying they invest into an automated equipment manufacturer in china..
