The private placement already took place successfully. But is it something to shout about? I don't think so. As I said before, when a company is doing private placement and ESOS together, you better be careful.

If your investment is big, the 3 cent dividend is not small amount. If not the stupid EPF cabut, they will be getting few millions with just 3 cent dividend.
