many people here is for short term....all assuming new IPO will behave like Bjauto, Caring and Karex....once the selling stop from the IPO holders and panic seller...share will slowly rebound back...

Today will be the day to test new high....good feeling.....sun is shining out side..

How many share is offered in the IPO or employees?

I still have some confidence in kl property. With less and less available land in kl, price will still continue on up trend. Unlike jb, there is plenty of land and over supply on properties. Even with that property prices in jb also going up

1.76 some lots...guess have to hold on for slightly longer...wait for rebound...

Volume keep increasing..means that there is still willing buyer to buy at current price...they also want to make money...in share market cannot always wins...sometime have to wait until things settle down a bit....panic selling create some opportunity for ready buyers....

Consider still up 10%...if get stuck in higher price...just wait for longer term...when banker start coverage of this share and set a TP....based on the profit indication of this company for 1 qtr...the TP should not be too bad...

It's when this weak retailers and contra sell at T4...might create some panic selling...which always happens...just have to hold on to your horses...similar to what happen several days ago in Dsonic...when volume increase several day and contra people start selling...price fluctation..long term investor should be ok....if buying trend continue...

All properties developer will face RPGT no matter what....within 3 years time...those land bank in KL...might be already double the existing prices...if you look at the properties prices in KL nowadays...landed property...easily into million...3 years time?? Cannot even afford a condo...have to buy in Seremban or even further...

Haikeyila....I fully agree...with many land banks in KL...huge potential when land price is getting higher and higher...good to hold for the long term...but with the volumes today....how many of them is for long term...I'm sure there is also many contra players....

Typical example of the past two new IPO Karex and Caring...take a look at the volumes and how the share price react...

The real test will be 2 - 3 days later..when contra players decide to dispose...then real price is be floated..

Looking at the volume...many buyers will be at range of 1.70 - 1.92.....if these people hold the prices..price should rebound...
