scib too bad cashflow. Serba high receibable and liabilities because it is oil and gas sector. I dont know why scib a building material company can has super high receivables and liabilities and super bad cash flow.

in my opinion, karim should know well the outcome of IR. If there is big finding that may lead serba to be delisted, no point karim collect the shares while he knows the shares wil become toilet paper. Besides, i think even there is something found by EY, the problem sholdnt be too big, so Karim feel the share price undefvalued so he comes out to collect.

okok lah, before that the price was 70 something sen, i felt not worth making pp of 0.68, now the price lower than 0.68 and kpower sucessfully made the pp at 0.68, feeling better now.

IR report shouldnt be too bad. If not karim wont throw more than 1.5 million to buy 5 million toilet paper. Niceeeee

if problem can be solved, may test 0.8-0.9 first, not likely to go above 1 because many debt matures soon. That will be another challenge for seba.

The biggest challenge to the company should be the ability of company to post its annual report before end of october. EY special review is only part of company annual report.

if theres a big finding by EY, independent directors will directly report to bursa and sc. No announcement till now means no big findings till now. And next report by EY will problaby be the final report since now is tne end of september ady.

不过想想公司缺钱也是必然的，毕竟bank只有1亿多。。价值5亿的水力发电厂，公司赚幅10多20个% 那公司至少要有4亿左右的钱去建。

不过失望总会有一些。。把这个原本1.50pp的弄到现在几毛钱pp，会把以后的eps拉低10多20% 很不划算。

尤其是现在karim名声已经坏了，管理层就更不可能什么都听他的

我相信我眼光没那么差 不会看错mustakim为人。有些人只要看脸就知道他心机会不会重，像karim我还真不敢说，但是mustakim给我的感觉也不是那种城府很深的人。karim有30多%的股份，要做决定肯定是需要超过50%股份通过才可以。所以也不用一直把kpower说成是karim在操控的
