出大问题被逼下市可能性不高。 不然老板也不会出手买回股票。毕竟这只股在上市的时候就在7毛以上，被逼仓的时候肯定亏了一笔大数目。让后就是老板看起来很配合，请ey做IR，又请nexia做suditor。如果真有大问题我是老板的话我先卖完股跑了，不会再去买回股，因为有问题的话现在买回股迟点肯定变废纸，没必要再去浪费一大笔钱买回来。至于kpmg提出的问题，应收款那边收不回confirmation应该挺正常的，毕竟这一行我也做过一些时间，通常寄出去的是收不回的，最后还是要叫老板有空了来签一下。至于在supplier那边，我个人是假设老板找到更便宜的supplier了，要从中捞一点钱，于是就开了一堆小公司，去跟那个supplier买，然后再转卖给serba，这样从中就能多赚一点了。所以这些小公司都在同一天注册并不奇怪。至于到底是怎么回事还是要等ey report出来了才知道。不过个人是认为，出问题的可能性还是有，不然kpmg不会特地放出来，但是个人认为就算是有问题也不至于是那种造假的大问题。小赌怡情大赌伤身，敢锚点风险的可以收一些，但千万别全下了，毕竟结果如何没人知道
