I remembered buying hlt Warrant at 11 cents at the start of Glove mania. Yet the major shareholders kept disposing tens of millions shares in open market giving the impression major shareholders were dumping Their shares. About 1 month later, the price started to sky rocket. hlt Warrant spiked from about 10 cents to Almost RM2. Lesson to be learnt is don't see things at face value.

The current p.e. Of 47 is based on trailing 12 months eps. Based on last quarter of 8.84 eps and assuming the next 3 quarters maintain the same eps, the annual eps is 8.84 x 4 = and Based on the Closing price of 5.06, the p.e. is reduced to 14+ Which is much lower than its historical mean.

Valuation will be the same after Bonus issue as the price will be lowered correspondingly

Last time it came down was due to Low eficacy of vaccine reported in Brazil, Which has since then changed and also company Making loss due to Product recall and write off. Now all impairments are cleared and with this Sinovac roll out, results are going to be good. Once q2 result is out, I believe many will start to chase and many IBs will start buy calls. Just need to wait for the next qtr result no matter how low the price drop

Gloves are different. Although they report stellar results But the future is bleak due to vaccine roll out and production ramp up. In the case of Pharma it's just the beginning of vaccine roll out

Hopefully the sharks have collected enough and start to rebound next week. We really need positive vibes to stay strong or else most will give up holding and cut loss

Please don't play contra for this stock. As you cut, the shark sensed that there is still Selling pressure So they will press further to see anymore selling

For example your cc. The conversion ratio is 15 and conversion price is 5.88 at the current price of 3.5 cents x 15 + 5.88 = 6.40 So If the mother can reach 6.40 at 5 vwap prior to expiry, Then your cc will still close at 3.5 cents and you will get this amount credited. If the mother price can't reach 6.40, your cc price will not be able to sustain at 3.5 cents. It will be zero If mother price is at 5.88 or below

If call warrant expires at zero price, of course you don't have to do anything. Lol. If It is in the money i.e. taking into account 5 market Closing price prior to expiry of the mother and the conversion ratio and the conversion price of the call warrant, If there is positive balance, the issuing Bank will credit cash to your account

Pharma has a policy of declaring dividend every quarter. This qtr 4 cents. I believe everyone will agree the next 2 quarters are much better than the 1st. So We can expect at least 4 cents or higher again for coming quarters

I believe sharks are porposely supressing The price by giving negative review through HLG to collect cheap tickets. The assumption and figures in the review just don't make sense. What is appalling in the HLG report is that they didn't take into account of the profit from 10 million doses which according to them is razor thin? How thin? RM1 or 10 cents? Even RM1 per dose is already RM10 million additional profit
