My reasoning for the delay is for the bosses to subscribe the balance 2 tranches of pp at a cheap price. They know once they announce acquisition done, price will spike and they won't be able to get at 7 cts or below. They also know jolly well that the moment they announce deal is completed, price will easily spike to more than 10 cts. Hence, it is ridiculous and very short sighted of them to try to earn this half cent or 1 cents. Must have patience to see the deal through

The PP is obviously intended for interested party, very like proxies of the owner to acquire at a cheap price prior to the announcement so as to maximize profit
