@Superb99 Agreed. It comes at a price though. Operator was working so hard to support at above 55 cts but eventually succumbed to selling pressure as supporting means you need hard cash to buy up the selling. Unless your stock is fundamentally sound that attract genuine investors.

Guys, there's a change in the game plan. The conversion price of warrent has been lowered to an illustrative price of 17 cts due to Dato Luo being offered at 0.179 for debt settlement of 10 million. That's to say, the operator doesn't need to push up higher, even at this price, they have lots of profit. If you still have profit, can consider take profit first, othetwise you can ride it through the warrent exercise which may take another 3 to 4 months

If they wish to entice investor to convert, which they do, they have to push mother share to beyind 50 cts so that it's still profitable to convert. 3 years life span for warrent is rather short. They can't dili dali to take own sweet time. They have to attract investor interest by showing this stock can move. Furthermore, the bosses took private placements at 53 cts n 61 cts. Even though they bought 28 millions at 8 cts, their average cost should be about 25 cts. Hence at this level, it's still relatively safe. They obviously would go for the warrent issue for biggest gain. In between, they may still trade when price is high. It's not disclosed when the wartent will be issued but having built up the momentum, I don't think operator will just let it cool off. Just be patient n see through the warrent issue to reap the maximum profit

@PlsHelpMe It was announced in Bursa on 13th March revised from 60 cts to 50 cts.
If they don't push the price up to beyond 50 cts, there will be no incentive for warrent holder to exercise the conversion. Of course, they can announce another revision to below 50 cts if they deem market sentiment is too bad for them to push higher
