Good behavior of Aeon's management will continue to make this retailer a profitable business, like in the past.

Always years after years never pay dividends to shareholders, never keep market share prices (71 cents) at nta value ($2.20), this is called tipu. You eat the meat and we don't even have bones to grind our teeth! You Louzy fellows!

The management is not a responsible person. The company can decide not to declare dividends but the shareholders can not afford to live without dividends. Even worst is, the company does not keep market share price at value. The market price is 20 cents and the value of nta=$1.19. After they sell you the shares, they forget about you, then they spend the money in China to do whatever they want. This company doesn't take care of shareholders, I really pity ourselves, why do we support people that don't take care of us, don't you think it is funny. They should at least keep the market price at IPO price so that investors don't feel ripped off by these Chinese nationals.

The first thing MAS needs to explain to all Malaysians is : What are the mistakes made in the past that prevented the company from making profits in the past years?
We want to know what were the past problems because shares prices plummeted from a few dollars to 20 cents right now!
It is a national carrier and the government agency is the largest shareholders? Don't the Malaysian public deserve to know whether there were anything wrong?

CCM's previous chairman said this year that their business model is sustainability. I guess he means keep investing in capital expenditure and somehow everything will make money by itself.
When you have very rich parent then you can afford to do things without thinking of "PROFITABILITY". This is a company that generates huge revenue but very low profitability. What will happen in the future is, borrowing cost will kick in. Investment must be rational, you are not producing enough profits then why do you invest in a lot of production capacity to choke yourself. Investment that does not take into account of market conditions, company's health, and profitability is useless. You buy what you can afford, you don't just invest and invest but you can not make money. How are you going to pay off the debts in the future. I know you have very rich parents with a lot past inheritance. Even if that is so, you also must act rationally. It is time to increase fertiliser sellin price! The plantations counters are doing so well but CCM is still swimming in the longkang.

They are studying the various options, they still don't have the answers yet. I actually don't blame them because they should not be made accountable for past administration that always opted for easy way out by spending money for nothing. First, they must find a way to downsize the company. They have to break the company up into smaller pieces and deal with each piece one at the time. Actually, they should separate the loss making units from those units that makes money. Wind up the loss making units and keep those that makes money.

Religion is a self-correcting behaviors. It should not be used as a tool to traumatize other people. We are not perfect, there are always room for improvement. That is why religion is not the soul only and should not be used to harass other people. But some other people in this country got the world idea. They want to use religion to rule other people. Look at the fate of Afaganistan, and a lot of war torn areas in the world. This is what will happen if we let religion control the physical world and not their (people) souls only.

This counter is undergoing "Puasa" at the moment. Hopefully, it knows how to cut down its fats and start building up muscles. We hope to see such an old company invigorates as soon as possible. Sometimes I just hope the new generations can do better than the older generations by bringing more younger generations people into this company.

This is a company that have proven itself through the years to be able to weather all kind of market conditions by producing resilent business results that keep on improving despite intense market competition. You can feel that it is a very strong and persisitent company. I believe share prices have better upside in the future. Anyone should be comfortable holding this counter, it pays dividends twice a year and the current market price is justifiable. Already makes 40 cents per share or net profit of 153 million in the last 9 months. In brief, it share price is better bargain than those semiconductors shares like Unisem and MPI. I think its motocycles are also selling like hotcakes.

Stock Investment Rule No1: If you don't want to lose money you should buy shares of companies that are good at taking care of customers and not shares that only know how to take a deep plunge. That is why market price of SIA is approximately S$10 per share but other is RM$0.20.

Before then you are losing the China's market, now you are scaring away the European market, I think it is better to admit our mistakes. You want to tell the rest of the world that human lives are very cheap and so they can be wasted just like that. We have forgot our responsibilities as human being, and this is how we treat ourselves and other foreign nationals, we build a company to take away people's lives. Jack, you must be very proud of yourself at this moment.

A company is like a person, you fate depends on you ability and how efficient you are. You are experiencing terrible things of missing plane episode and bombardment of airplane because of ineffectiveness. A person who falls down because of oversight can not blame others and especially Allah for his tragedies, especially saying that bad things are caused by black cloud hanging over a person. Maybe if someone fail his exams also he can say it is because of black cloud passing by.......

I wonder whether their poor performance have anything to do with OSK Investment Bank's reliability and very questionable reputation?

Why didn't MAS steered its planes away from war hit zone like all the other airlines such as US airlines, SIA, and European airlines....As long as we Malaysians are not as good as we thought we are, we are going to suffer again and again! Not everything can be solved by having money alone.
But Thank YOu MAS anyway, for waiting taxpayers money and innocent lives. I think Hell is waiting for you if you still do not want to repent and start doing necessary things, you know

To make way for implementing GST in 2015, the Central Bank may raise interest rates several times to strengthen the ringgit which may have the effect of lowering import prices. When ringgit strengthens, this is good for companies importing and bad for companies exporting. Furthermore,
MPI paid out dividends of 20 million to noncontrolling interest to wind up a loss making subsidiary (not deducted from actual net profit for the year) and in future have to pay approximately 10 million to a foreign company to settle patents arguments. Maybe it will do well in the long run, but for the near term, a prudent investor should be careful. The Affin Bank's TP of RM6.80 per share right now appear to be exorbitant.

If the company forever don't pay out dividends to shareholders, the share price will forever not go up! The higher the risk, the higher is your cost of undertaking, imagine yourself going to hold the shares for the next 10 to 20 years and the price still is going to stay around 20 cents! I bet God will also tell you this is a crazy thing to do if the purchase shares!

OSK is risk free, productive, minimal depreciation charges
and needs very low admin cost to run this company. And according to Warren Buffet, any investment with these kind of characteristics if you keep the stocks for 20 to 30 years will appreciate multiple times because its business are still going
to be relevant even after 20 to 30 years while the company accumulates more and more values over time. If you are a value investor like Warren Buffet, this is the stock for you as it also
pays out very attractive dividends over the previous years. Furthermore, The Boss Oei Leong Huat has a proven track records over the last 40 years of exercising prudent management. Thanks You Mr. Oei!

The directors' fees of RM$540,000 is blood sucking the company
considering the company has been suffering from losses in the
past 5 years. I don't know why management never learned anything
from mistakes. The truth is the company will only have a future
only if the management keeps shareholders' interest as their
top priority. Instead of doing good good, I believe they are
just blood suckers! Look what I mean, for example, for SURIA
and SSTEEL, these good quality stocks, the directors' fees
are only slightly more than a million so you can easily tell
who are the crooks and who are the good people!

The osk's assessment only look at the money figure side which
is useless. You want to invest in a company when the economy is
not in its favor but the company has fundamental characteristics
that will help the company to do well when the economy recovers
which is something for sure to happen due to very low interest
rate. Its assessment should cover the key strength of the company
such as the company requires very low capital expenditure to maintain its business, has very global extensive network supported by its Japanese parent company, and it has a solid balance sheet that shows that management has a long track record
of delivering value to its shareholders. Common, if you look through the annual reports of this company, you can tell that
the management and employees are good people working very hard
to provide good service to the public. I would recommend to anyone to buy this stock because this is a good company that
makes improvement everyone for the last few years even though
its share price is not that cheap compare to 5 years ago when
it is only RM$0.60 per share.

Kiasutrader, your prediction is baseless, this company CCM
manufactures mostly fertilizers and chemicals which are price
sensitive. It is a cyclical stock. If share price is RM1.20, its
PE ratio is 15, which is an average. Its long term prospect is
slow due to its high debt level of RM$550 million. If it is
only making something like RM50 million per year, then it will
take a long time to pay back the debts if it opted to maintain
a 5% dividend payout ratio. Its share price will stay like this
only until it can substantially increase its profits. Also, it
does not have freehold lands which is a plus to have if you are buying shares for long term investment. At least the land can increase in value over a long period of time. But for this company, all its fixed assets must minus depreciation over time, which reduces the real value of its assets. In my opinion, for the price of this stock to shoot up to RM$1.60 is quite possible!

I believe southern steel is a good buy now selling only
at RM$1.35 per share due to low buying interest which
I am quite surprise. Common Guys, the company's 2012
Annual Report is showing a depreciation charges of RM$68 million,
this implies that the company is making money but for
accounting purposes it has to show a loss. Next, new capital
investment is RM$197 million, if the company doesn't spend
this amount, the balance sheet would show that about half
of the company's equities is in cash. Remember the company
only issues about 400 million shares with RM$1 par value.
This shows that management is series about moving forward,
I am sure this company's future will be bright. It is the
most competitive steel company in Malaysia. My stupid guess is
it should be trading at around RM$1.50 per share right now.
It is not probably because its bosses, the Hong Leong Group
and Dr. Tan Tat-Wei do not care about the suffering of
their poor shareholders or business partners. I am surprised
the company hasn't even think about buying back its own shares
to protect the interests of their shareholders. I am impressed
by their skills in running the company but I am dissapointed
by their heartless behavior of not maintaining the share price
at the reasonable price!
