kowlee, based on year 2013 - 2007, the sales and profit was growth at an average of 3% and 14% each year. Sales growth a bit slow or stagnant but margin improve year on year. Definitely is debt free as their cash is 6 times of their debts. This year 2014, their profit is even higher due to disposal of PPE. Not sure will declare special dividend or not. But I rather hope they use the money to expand and grow top line. May be Satha is right as they may have some big plan behind thats why share price suddenly shot up to above 30 sens after they announced moved of new corporate hq and brought new piece of land in kapar (1.5 acres).

Just for sharing, we may be wrong. Do your own research if found some thing please share to us also. =)

Look like good news but somehow I personally feel there are alot of uncertainty and fishy stuff hinden to trap Shareholder like us.

1. CEO under legal case that subject to a claim of USD27m (~RM90m) !!!
2. So happen after the negetive news about CEO intergrity and 3 directors resign. Immediately the next day announce positive news about ventures into property development in Fiji???
3. Took over TSSB a loss company for 24.8m cash???
4. So long the share price never fly sky compared with other penny stocks (ie: pdz). On top of current risk and uncertainty worth for us to hold???
