I think in that document, you would find Ikhmas Jaya's suggested strategies to get over this difficult time, including more private placement and partnerships, that's uncertainty.

You should also look at the statement by external independent auditor on material uncertainty related to going concern, current liability exceeded current assets by a few million RM.

There should be further explanations as to the losses.
