The Penang Institute in Kuala Lumpur has warned that some 70% of private higher education institutions can see red this year, following changes in funding rules.

The Masterskill Education Group Berhad, which owns the Asia Metropolitan University, has also been a case of financial squeeze, it said.

Do note that there is also a huge volume ~6.9M at 27 Jan... at range 0.55-0.59. 0.55 maybe the 70% of the volume.

Just base on transaction log. At 2.30 pm, there is a huge spike of buying at 0.555. The volume that push the price up to 0.575 at 2.30-3.30pm are only half the spike. I guess some may have thoughts that SMRT began to rally. At 3.30pm sell spike push the price down 0.575 to 0.560. Hmmm... coincident?
