宏國能源將買入所有由亞洲生物能源聯號公司--NexFuel旗下公司利用美國Cool Planet能源系統公司所生產的生物燃料。

根據該協議，宏國能源將購買全數由綠能煉油廠生產的生物燃料產品。這項協議將會從第一家綠能煉油廠的首批交易開始生效，為期6年。
