True, different companies, industries, sectors have different standards. However, this is comparing Ekovest's own PE history.
For Atta it's PE low in the last 5 years was 5.06, current PE is 4.49, so it's more or less within the standard deviation.
But ekovest is already far off, it's a bit of statistics here, just my 2 cents.

could be a final shakeout before moving up, long bar usually shows exhaustion to the downside.
Especially, after more than 10 days of consecutive lower lows, it's oversold.

I have saved a screenshot from last month and today, showing institution buyers activity. It shows that institution has been accumulating at least a couple of millions share within this month.
