I guess if you are not buying it after it ups 5 cents and you are keeping it for long term should be ok. If speculation then depends on luck.

I compare this share with big company like HARTA & KAREX, they pay the same amount of dividend 2 cents, but this share we can buy it cheap and get many Lots and dividend. The HARTA and karex we just can buy few only because this share price are 4.xx and 2.xx .
