@sardin , I think you have to consider the esos shares exercised by Mr lee and spouse on 10/7 and 21/7. In total 70m shares were exercised. With so many esos shares exercised or still to be exercised, the existing shareholders are further diluted with more shares in the market. (No wonder the depressed price)
For any new controlling shareholders to take charge, he or she must have deep pockets to wrestle the shares from the market.

if the rights is to be approved at the EGM, shareholders should bandied together to call for a pay cut in that Shahril guy , say by 70%. Perhaps a memo to the Chairman to put this in the agenda at the EGM
