I think is time for shareholders to determine the directions, the composition of Boards and appointee to overlook the company rather than largest shareholder's to determine everything to protect shareholders and minority shareholders and other Directors due to conflict of personality in the company.

Maybe imposition of maximum 15% shareholding per Director's or shareholder's and need at least 4 shareholders holding combined 51% to have a said in sacking or removing someone on Board. If not we will see more of this issue which crops up too frequent lately.

actual this quarter the company is making 260k compared the same quarter 2016 of 112k an improvement of almost 50% but because there is charges of one time off because of listing of warrants and ESOS scheme about 2.x million that's why the losses.

don't believe?..................checkout Bornoil account as at 31 Jan'16 that have accumulated share premium of 79.64 mil and other reserves of 147.98 mil combined total of 227.3mil.

Hope they announce bonus of 1 for every 20 or 25 shares held and clear off the share premium and other reserve accounts in their book since they cannot gives dividend at this juncture to rewards the shareholders that supporting the company all these years.

Yes next quarter there will be a 7mil one time gain from the assets disposal completed on 15May 2017 as announced to Bursa by SYF Resources that bought the assets.

Further the precast revenue already matching the property revenue this announced quarter and expected to overtake the property revenue in the future.

Current 947k loss stemmed from discontinued logging and timber biz in which 700k is from the logging and another 1.5mil from the timber biz. All in the 2.3mil losses eats up the profits from precast/property div and hence the 947k losses for the current quarter.
