Another way to look at it is the major shareholder use warrant to enlarge his / her shareholding. But, looking at the company's structure, I don't think that's the case, as the largest shareholder already have very comfortable position. Unless this enlargement of shareholding translate to receive higher dividen in future... means good dividen coming in future? hahahah.. all kind of speculation..

I also wondering why warrant so cheap.. meaning someone (owner? / company) need funding.. So, someone push the mother share price higher, hoping ppl to convert / exercise the warrant? In that way, the company get funding of 25sen for each warrant??

I have same view with azlan88, it make more sense for PJD to acquire OSKP with shares+cash. Tan Sri OLH will get cash plus increase his holding in PJD.
But, don't forget PJD income is not entirely from property development alone. (although it is the most lucrative one..)

I also believe PJD would be the acquirer. PJD always say they target to become top 5 developer of the country. It also make sense that PJD acquire OSKProp as OLH seems having more direct holding in OSKP. If the deal is shareswap + cash, OLH can cash out & increase his holding % in PJD too.

then OLH may make a deal out of it.. and dispose off all the RHB holding after the merger. Because 3% in the enlarge entity didn't make good commercial sense as written above.
With the disposal, OSK will have $$ for the PJD-OSKprop merger?

post merger, cimb share holders own 70% of new entity, rhb share holders own 30%. that means osk would roughly own 3% of the new entity? no longer substantial share holder.. maybe no board seat as well? could this be a negative impact?

IBHD-L to IBHD -> price is 0.68, but the face value of your IBHD-L is already 50sen. Meaning is kind of you need to top up 0.18. But, for conversion, what they use is your number of IBHD-L / 1.360 to get the actual IBHD mother. Most of the time, you end up with odd lots.
1000 IBHD-L, u get 735 IBHD (mother)

Need to careful to take into the consideration of the huge number of LR and OR. Eventually the mother share value would be diluted enormously, if all these are converted. You won't enjoy mother share at 1.20+. Pessimistically, the mother share could even drop to below xx sen ????
