i rent out RM 1000, i can reduce the painting or small renovation cost each time if you change tenant. and it also confirm that i can rent out 12 months. people rent 1200 maybe will have high turn over rate..mean some months you don't have rental. what i want is the tenant help me pay my bank loan. my gain is the property price gain and when i retired i can have income from rental. 10 years later I will have RM 2000 from rental RM 1100 from palm oil.

if the company every making good profit and their business is special than others. mean can keep long term. just ask yourself why felda want to buy 27.6% Iris share and why you suddenly want to invest in Iris. if you see people buy high and you want to chase..better don't buy because it will drop. all the share is up and down, long term can prove the share is good share or bad share.

Puchong area. buy two at RM 215000 on 2012 Dec, installment 30 years is around RM750+maintenance 110= RM 860/mo. rental RM 1000K. haha. still got money every month, just pay the down payment only. Now the apt price already around RM280,000 to RM 300,000. for me Inari and Daya still good buy now. my purchase price Inari is 1.64, Daya 0.435. now Daya is 0.415, still moving slowly.

Today sell down from high to low to 0.455 3 times. but all look like play by big shark want to collect more and clear out the contra player. if compare to last high 0.47 to 0.395 still have investor support. this time 0.455 still good. the worst is go to 0.4 again. however if for long term why need to worry, last time i buy skpetro 2.7 also up down many time, just 1 year it reach 4.3. so my target for this counter is 2 year reach RM 2. haha

传ECOWLD 竞标槟190公顷土地
（吉隆坡5日讯）传，ECOWLD（ECOWLD，8206，主板产业股）有意竞标邻近槟城第二大桥着陆点--峇都加湾（Batu Kawan）的190公顷土地。

若夺标，ECOWLD将成为峇都加湾的最大地主。

目前，ECOWLD在全马各地拥有约1200公顷地库，其中在槟城有40公顷。

《商业时报》引述消息来源报道，ECOWLD目前是该土地的唯一有意竞标者，预期该竞标底价由每平方尺45令吉起。

有关地段位处于山丘上的土地，由槟城发展机构（PDC）在去年8月开始接受建议书邀请函（RFP）。

槟城发展机构要求，夺标者必须在该土地发展一个面积达60公顷的高尔夫球度假村。
