What I can say is plan your money wisely..my apt don't have sofa, using plastic chair, my handphone is 2nd hand nokia x3...what I looking is how to get more cheap apt and rent out so that when i retired still have income to support my family. Buying house I only target at the 200 to 300K apartment which can rent at around 1K/month, the purpose is to keep for 10 to 15 years hope for another 100%.
