FY2020: Ping net profit was around rm 10.5 mil. If DNEX acquired 90%, the additional net profit for DNEX would be at least rm 9.45 mil per year. More upsides in the future.

If DNEX get Silteraa even better, as Silterra accumulated net profit betwwn 2014-2017 was about rm 699.5 mil. So that means, rm 175 mil per year.

Assuming DNEX got both PING and Silterra, total additional net profit would be at least rm 185 mil per year.

DNEX at this current price is severely undervalued. Correct me if I am wrong...
