How can TGL n IPMUDA company share price win over OCB share price, really AMUSING n fascinating. Just look at this 2 company business venture is nothing near to OCB.

With ONE MOU moving up 2 sen. with unconvincing volumn cannot attract small investors. In order to catch investors must create an EUPHORIA share price going up like a rocket then investors will chase n. support the HIGH PRICE. Investors sentiments always like to chase the price so NOT TO MISS the boat.

Cannot go up because some investors bought around 68sen and also cannot let the share price fall too low since dropping from high of 79sen from a week ago. Maybe TOO FAST going down to have a meaningful catch.

If the price of OCB shares go down to 50sen today the fundamental of this company still remain the same like KINGKOIL and FOOD business still doing well unlike those speculative counter like DATA PREP etc. just buy n keep it if can go down below 60sen where the land n buildings assets are still there.

The big boss wouldn't be selling 1lot at 63sen n then buying 1 lot at 67sen at the closing. Some side kicks must be doing it since the free float is so tight below 70sen. The side kick will not be able to execute this kind of stunt if share price is above 80sen. From a 75 million capitalization to below RM65 million cap if quote is 0.63sen ,HAHA the boss n. company lost over RM10 million in a week as for me a few hundred dollars paper loss n. by closing if i manage to ge 500 shares at 0.62sen the boss incur another paper loss of a million.

How can the bank give the loan to OCB to buy the piece of land in KAPAR for RM57 million when the proposal was first announce last year OCB capitalization is only around RM40million n now it is only around RM70 million which is to execute this KAPAR land deal within ONE YEAR, maybe have been call off due to NOT OBTAINING the loan and maybe 10% deposit of RM5 million buta forfeited. Loss quarter expected if not where can u find tfp shares @18sen before quarterly result coming out, anyway the losses is less severe than expected. We should have a projected futuristic look at Bandar TRX in 5 years time then we can value the price of this share of course subject to market force of supply n demand which will be taken care off by any sitting government in Malaysia. This iconic project is about Malaysia n Malaysian PRIDE.

The last time when TRX is mentioned it is above RM1 during NAJIB era and now with a few great landmark buildings completed the share price is below 50sen,just does not make sense.HAHA

On 8th April 2011 the price of Talam is 9sen so down the road of 10 TEN YEARS with a little bit of land and assets appreciation the price should reach at least 5sen.My relative is still holding it above 10sen after more than 10 years. 6 months after i bought it at 3 sens and some at 0.025 sen for 1 year and will buy more in another 6 months time if the company cash flow can sustain it operation,but Talam only need to sell a few hundreds acres of land to sustain it operation for many years as in previous cases. Forget about KYY for now, u have to think whether mnrb is worth holding. All this BIG fund managers like EPF, ASB, PNB n others might have colluded to jack up the price with one acting as seller n one acting as buyer just as the case of DUOPHARMA where the price fluctuated up and down in spite of EPF buying it shares.But if the share price of MNRB is seriously undervalue the price will definitely go UP one day. After 1 hour trading @KLSE not a single lot is transacted at this counter, HOW TO BUY by right it should go down as most world market fell by a few hundreds point n oil today is down 6%.Looking at it those who wanted to sell have already SOLD OUT maybe trying to BOTTOM FISH at a lower price around 21sen. The boss need to pay interest to hold their millions shares n also the LISTING FEE. Next upmarket it is their turn to goreng provided with BIG VOLUME.

Don't waste time with this undervalue counter compare to it high flying peers, i just place 3000 shares @23sen to buy at least 3 BIDS DOWN then just go over to contra some moving counters in the news and at least can get a free morning breakfast.

At the closing at 4.50pm someone sold 2700 shares at 22.5sen that's only a miserable RM600.00 after deducting commission. I really don't beleive it. The capitalization down by a few millions because of this selling. Don't buy until it reach 21 sen the syndicate n boss will keep on pressing, BIG BOSS is trap to go down somemore.
