when MMAG took up the right issue of CSH @15sen the market cap is over RM150 million somewhere in DECEMBER 2021 and now the market cap is below RM50 million and with the RIGHT ISSUE SHARE FUND in the kiddie of CSH ans so if there is NO HANKY PANKY with the fund it should be a good buy.Buying it at 0.035 sen is a good buy and at 0.025sen is even better and the ONLY PROBLEM is even if you can get it for 1 sen we must prepare to hold for a longer term for the market to stablelize for operator to push up the price again.Cashing out at 2 sen or 3 sen is definitely a LOSS to the seller unless he can buy it back cheaper.By right there shouldnt be any BIG BUYING or SELLING at this price and so can buy SMALL n SLOWLY but CANNOT SELL

Let say if TALAMT consolidate it shares from 20 to 1 then my 200,000 shares will become 10,000 shares and trade at 20sen after the consolidation since the fundamental remain the same unless it comes with a FREE warrant for the directors to exercise later to increase it shareholdings.There is another story which whistleblower99 fail to mention and that is PRIVATIZATION like the case of takeover of KARAMBUNAI in 2016 for 6sen and finally DONE or privatize at 11 sen in 2019 so do the PRIVATIZATION of METROJAYA by Tan sri Khoo Khay Peng.As for TALAMT, it can sell it land to raise CASH rather than a RIGHT issue.Please remember LAND is like CASH when dispose off with HANDSOME GAIN against old valuation of the land.Most of the companies mention by whistleblower99 does not have a HUGE LANDBANK like TALAMT and maybe IMPIANA and AAX can sell it HOTELS or AEROPLANES to raise CASH and then close shop to pay off debtor.

just imagine buying TALAMT at 2sen and by going up to 4sen you make 100% profit but how long will it take to go up to 4 sen and maybe 8sen that Tansri Chan bought some 8 years ago.For GENM to go up 100% the price need to go up by RM3 as at today closing price.So by buying EXPENSIVE share you need to go up more to make 100% and further more there is also NO GUARANTEE the price will back fall to RM2.50 the pandemic era price.For TALAMT I am quite sure this is the lowest it can go because hardly any trading at 2sen because sometime not a single lot @2sen can be seen and honestly what can we do selling a few thousand 2sen share , might as well keep it in COLD STORAGE like POS MALAYSIA do.

UMW disposes 140 acres of land in SERENDAH to LONGI (World largest manufacturer of silicon wafers) for RM305 million and TALAMT have about 170 acres nearby ,well with simple math calculation TALAMT lands should be value around RM425 MILLION but UMW land include the basic infrastructure.and TALAMT cap now is only RM89 million.I personally think even if Tan sri Tan want to privatize Talam at 4sen now POS Malaysia n a few big investor will not let it go because by the time when ECRL is completed the land price valuation should be HIGHER.Long term investment CANNOT RUSH

The A & W vendor value PM CORP share at 15sen and if he sell it ALL at ONE GO the price will crash and also RUGI but if he uses the shares he is holding and RECYCLE it up ,he will GAIN HANDSOMELY and there is NO WAY he can depress the price down if the company is doing FAIRLY WELL and still holding CASH and can effort to lend A & W a couple of millions. I am not PROMOTING this sleeping counter but just some HONEST THINKING and DISCUSSION.

whether we talk or NO TALK the price will be FROZEN if operator do not want it to go up even if it is worth RM1. The only way the price can go up if ALL the MINORITY shareholders throw all the shares to ANDREW NOW and by next week the price will SKY ROCKET.

This is one of the most undervalue penny stock counter with surprising upside in the near future when A & W start operating new stores and the FMG products start moving and exporting although the brands are not so strong like STARBUCK or SUSHI KING and the FMG chocalate brand is not comparable to M & M or KIT KAT but are still the M40 group favourite food.

My observation tell me many MILLION shares traded in a counter may only trade a few thousand shares ACTUALLY and sometime a 4 BILLION shares company has 1000 shares traded in a day then a few hundred millions in the next 2 days if some small investors has accumulate it shares

Buying at 5 sen or 0.045 sen is a better discount to MMAG owning 16% of CSH who subscribe to the right issue at 15sen and call it a BIG DISCOUNT.

At 10.5 sen share price which i bought ,the CAP of ARRB is about RM80 million as the same amount for the profit reported for the whole year.At 12.5sen the amount is nearer to the price the DIRECTORS took up the excess RIGHT issue.

ARRB share price is below NTA and the CAPITALIZATION of the stock is the same as the profit reported for the whole year if it is that GOOD the major shareholders will sapu ALL below 20sen and let investor buy above 20sen.It is more like EXPIRING date goods selling at a BIG DISCOUNTED price but sure some will buy like me at 10.5 sen and sell it ALL at 12 sen last week.Will wait for ANOTHER EXPIRY DATE to come by.

if ARBB is really that good why is the share price is still lingering at 12sen ,either we are NUTS or the Major shareholders are NUTS .

How can a subsidiary company of ARBB be listed in NASDAQ when the parent company is worth less then 4 USD cents.ARBB always make unsubstantial or PREMATURE announcements to confuse INVESTORS.

How can the company raise talented staff when itself do not have TALENTED people working in the company.If I am a talented construction guy I would have work for IJM or Gamuda and actually what can the staff learn by working at TalamT. Restructuring Talam still take too long by this management. I think they should have done it quickly during the good time but now if they are able to ride out this coming anticipated recession is good enough,hopefully AGRICULTURE will help Talam do the tricks but the trick is moving too slow.This financial year report card is well written out and can only hope it can be executed perfectly as written or at least getting 95% of the job DONE is good enough.

Nobody rushing to sell at a LOSS at this time.and even selling at 0.002 sen for a contra gain is difficult to come by.A half sen loss for Talamt is comparable to a 11sen or 25% loss for SIME DARBY property at 43sen which is a HEAVILY INDEBTED listed co and with lots of completed UNSOLD units in hand whereas Talamt doesn't has BIG ongoing project taken off or IN A PROGRESS STAGE.
