I can see the sincerity of the Director
1) He is willing to take time to explain to the investors again and again.
2) As what the director said, he need time to look for suitable manufacturers , need to go through factory audition, pass over technology , upgrade the setup etc. It takes time. Not the fried Kuay teow business
3) It will take 3-4 months to hv first batch vaccine in the market
4) If the Director what to push, dump and run, why must he shows his face and may kena rotten egg one day on the street?
5) The director owned and with the company for 20 over years, a very experience and well exposure businessman, I don’t think he wants to sell his and family good name. Money is not everything.
6) He emphasised be an investor, not speculator! Invest middle to long term, you will gain handsome returns
7) After listening, I will hold the shares for at least 6 months. I believe the return will be very good

Just don’t know what basis and justification Asia poly bought Tawin shares! Any synergistic effects? I don’t see any potential on Tawin, a money losing company. Hopefully Board of directors give all shareholders a good explanation, otherwise Asia poly will be thrown by all investors!

Was told by reliable source the deposit of US 1.50 millions has been paid. TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taiwan's Medigen Vaccine Biologics Corp. (MVC, 高端疫苗) on Tuesday (Nov. 24) confirmed it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Malaysian firm Metronic Global Bhd (MGB) to help with coronavirus vaccine distribution in the Southeast Asian nation.

The first vaccine developer to receive subsidies from the Taiwanese government, MVC is expected to enter its phase 2 clinical trial as soon as the end of the year, along with two other Taiwanese companies. The official distribution agreement with MGB will be Taiwan’s first coronavirus vaccine order from another country.

On Friday (Nov. 20), New Straits Times reported that MGB had inked an MOU with MVC to become the distributor of the latter's vaccines in Malaysia and potentially other countries. The deal will allow MGB to secure approximately 3 million doses throughout 2021 at a discounted price of US$50 per dose.

Mtronic not only will be the vaccine distributor for Msia, it will cover ASEAN countries, which is a big market

Take note of this counter whether they pay the deposit US 1.5 millions deposit for the Taiwan vaccine by end of this month. If they pay, that means the vaccine is real, this counter above RM0.30 or more no issue

Conversion of warrants can be a temporary setback. That is why the price stagnant at 0.365-0.38 for the time being for investors to absorb. Once over, the price will begin to spike high.

Aaron_tan if it is an IT investment, the fast up and down is common, full of uncertainty. But for products manufacturing,like Asia poly, it is steady growth , already takes up abt 50-60% of Msia market shares, going to expand further to US and Europe, make up further 25% sales revenue from US and 20% from Europe market. An export oriented company!

I expect 4th quarter results will be very good, the profit will not only from further improved results on acrylic business, the additional profit from renewable energy, rental and one off disposal of assets. You guess what will be the tp? 0.60–0.70. ?
