Recently this counter has increased quite much, the warrant wc also trading at discount for quite some time. I believe quite a number of people buying and exercise the warrant. After getting the share, they disposed it for profit. The palm oil price still at an uncertain stage.

yes, agree. it is one of the largest plantation company in malaysia. the p/e ratio should be close to other plantation company after disposal of qsr. in last quarter report, it also states that about 168,000 tonnes of oil palm is sold forward at USD 1105 per tonne for its PNG plantation. this stock has not trend higher maybe due to lack of support from wealthy individual. anyway, this is a good fundamental stock, will reflect the value, but may need some time.

For individual who has to pay tax at 26%, they have to top up with 1% tax charges. this result negative impact for them to get such dividend.

The completion date of disposal of KFC is by latest 6 months from agreement date. it seems still early from the special dividend date. why increase so much today?

Discounted on target price is quite normal for construction company. the current price of 2.35 is in the reasonable range of 20% to 25% discount from average target price of 2.96. May need to wait after raya to fly. It's next announcement on quarter financial result should be in august also.

in past trend it declares dividend about 15 weeks after year end and payment made about 1 month after declaration. if this trend persist, the declaration should be next week,probably friday, then received dividend before raya.
